Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Customized Orders

Therefore, we offer custom tailored processes to ensure that your G-Line skirt fits your specific needs.

However, please keep in mind that because this is a custom order, the delivery time may be extended up to one week, excluding weekends.
We also want to ensure that you are aware that custom orders cannot be refunded, as they are made specifically for you.

Gifts and Coupons

Returns for orders made with gifts or coupons may be subject to special conditions. In the event of a return, the coupon amount used may be deducted from the refund. If the gift item is not returned, the gift item amount may also be deducted from the refund.

Once the gift item is returned, the return process is considered complete. If the return process has not affected campaign ownership, the gift item becomes the customer's possession, and no deduction will be applied.
